Welcome, Beautiful: Let’s Start with a Simple Win

Welcome to the 14-Day Seated Fitness Challenge. I’m so glad you’re here.

Over the next 14 days, we’ll do seated workouts. Most take just 10 to 15 minutes. No floor work, no equipment, no pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are today.

Just you, a sturdy chair, and a few minutes to move.

Before we start, here’s the one thing I want you to hold onto: this challenge isn’t about losing weight, losing inches, or losing anything at all.

It’s about what you gain: strength, confidence, energy that carries you through the rest of your day. Showing up to gain, not to lose, is the heart of everything we do here.

If “seated workout” made you think that sounds too easy for me, I hear you.

Just hold off on that judgment until you’ve tried it. Seated doesn’t mean low effort. It means low impact, joint-friendly, and accessible on the days your body needs that.

Done right, these moves will challenge your strength, your balance, and your heart rate.

And here’s the best part: this challenge is yours to shape. Feeling strong today? Stand up for any move that’s normally seated. Want more of a challenge? Add a pause, slow the tempo, or grab a light weight. This week isn’t about following the moves exactly as shown. It’s about meeting your body where it is today and pushing a little from there.

There’s no wrong way to do this, and no version of this week where you “fail.” Miss a day, modify every move, go at half speed, it all still counts.

Your only goal this week: Do Day 1. Today. Not the whole week. Just today.

Small, consistent action is how real progress happens.

Most of all, move with intention, listen to your body, and be proud of yourself for showing up.

I’m cheering you on every single day.

Love,

Schellea

PS: One more thing. This challenge is completely free, and it’s going to stay that way. If it ends up being useful to you, you’re welcome to Buy me a Tea to help keep it going. Totally optional, always appreciated.
